Spectacular penthouse with a magnificent panoramic private terrace, in the exclusive area of Pedralbes, where only the sky is the limit for our dreams. Here, we will dream of quiet summer nights, enjoying the enviable Barcelona weather and of winter days, when the sun floods with warmth, the four corners of the apartment.
All rooms face onto the terrace which has unique views over the gardens surrounding the area, so we might say that if there is too much of something in this house, that is light.
Creating a peaceful environment requires taking advantage of light, the use of appealing colors, and comfortable and well chosen furniture.
The staff keeps the superb platform flooring in perfect condition and breathes new life into the doors and their wide frames and to the wooden wardrobes, all in white. White and grey are the base colors in the master dreamroom, which is on two levels and has taken a bite out of the terrace, to create an office space with large French windows.
The main ensuite bathroom, boasts grey charming tiles and a pampering wide shower cabin, with rainfall shower head. The second bath in clad porcelain beige, has a modern and original cone shaped washbasin, which becomes one with the countertop.
The architects applied these premises in the spacious living room which is also on two levels. The upper level, is the space for the unique kitchen and dining room with an exit onto the terrace, has full floor-to-ceiling windows.

The neighbourhood
Exclusive and upscale Pedralbes, is a residential area with great old and new houses, surrounded by gardens and it was here that Queen Elisenda de Montcada in 1327, chose to found a monastery of Poor Clares; the current, Monastery of Pedralbes is one of the jewels of Catalan Gothic. Also noteworthy is the the Finca Güell, by Gaudí, built to accommodate stables, whose entrance is topped by a disturbing winged dragon in wrought iron.

Great rooftop ! Better than you see in the pictures. Love it. In a local neighborhood, away from the tourists but very close if you want to go to the Gòtic Quarter, La Sagrada Família, etc, by subway, electric scooter, etc. Great service and support from bizFlats !

Primeramente quiero agradecer al señor Jaume por la oportunidad de permitirnos alquilar su apartamento. Fuistes muy amable y generoso. Alquilar éste apartamento fue la mejor decisión ya que nuestro viaje fue para propósitos de una cirugía de nuestro hijo en el Hospital CIMA y éste nos quedaba justo al cruzar la calle. El apartamento lo tenía todo. Todo fue muy ameno y nos brindó todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía agradable de 20 días. Imagínate llegar cansado y extenuado por la tarde al apartamento y pasar a la terraza y coger la suave brisa que proviene del mar mediterráneo, muy relajante. Está ubicado en un vecindario muy tranquilo con restaurantes, panaderías, supermercados, etc todo muy accesible. Cerca queda la estación del Metro María Cristina que te permite llegar a cualquier parte de la ciudad de Barcelona. También justo al cruzar la calle se puede tomar el autobús que te lleva directo a Sagrada Familia, el número 34. Realmente estamos mi familia y yo bien agradecidos con Jaume y Virginia. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos a tener la mejor estadía posible. Claramente está sería la mejor opción para otra futura estadía en Barcelona. Gracias, nos llevamos un lindo recuerdo.
