Tenemos que definir la decoración de este apartamento como "Slow Decor". En un espacio "lento" todo está diseñado para el bienestar de sus huéspedes. Son ambientes armoniosos que transmiten calma y alegría, con gran presencia de materiales naturales como el algodón, la madera, el cuero y el mármol. Este nuevo apartamento en el centro de Barcelona (Eixample dret), está situado en una calle peatonal y silenciosa, un oasis de tranquilidad a pocos pasos del templo de la Sagrada Familia de Gaudí y del Arc de Triomf, y a menos de 15 minutos andando de La Rambla y demás lugares históricos de Barcelona.
Está perfectamente comunicado con el resto de la ciudad, gracias al transporte público. Hay dos paradas de metro disponibles para su comodidad, a sólo 5 minutos andando del apartamento, Marina (L1) o Monumental (L2)
El placer de salir a pasear. La Zona
Nuestro apartamento Neo, está situado en la parte derecha del Eixample, la parte más antigua y por lo tanto la que atesora la más impresionante arquitectura, como la increíble basílica de La Sagrada Familia, una visita ineludible a menos de 8 minutos andando de nuestro apartamento Neo. Pero en realidad no hay una gran diferencia entre los dos lados del Eixample.
Es una zona segura y residencial de la ciudad, pero también tiene una vida nocturna vibrante y una popular cultura de cafés. Eixample es un barrio hermoso para pasear, disfrutar de su magnífica arquitectura y ver gente, sentado en una de sus numerosas terrazas. La zona es súper céntrica y la mayoría de las otras zonas de la ciudad, están a poca distancia.
No se puede dejar de visitar en la zona: el mercadillo de "Els Encants". Se encuentra en los alrededores de la plaza de les Glóries. Conocido como Els Encants o "Mercat Fira de Bellcaire", este mercado es el más grande y popular de Barcelona. El mercado se viene celebrando aquí desde el siglo XIV, por lo que es uno de los más antiguos de Europa, y un símbolo del auténtico espíritu mercantil de Barcelona.

I took my teenage son to Barcelona for a five-day father / son visit and the bizFlats Neo apartment where we stayed was perfect. All the amenities of home; safe quite street for a good nite's rest; location location location making most all tourist sites an easy walk or metro ride away with one or two stops; and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Customer service was excellent including the convenience of a shuttle from the airport and helpful (and accurate) email recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc.etc. All and all, a great stay.

Great Place, Everything went expected
This place was in a good location, we walked everywhere from it. The place is very nice, beds were good, and veru clean. And bonus having a balcony to sit on located on a quiet street, no traffic. Bring your own nespresso pods, I didn't see any.

The balcony is a nice size from which to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon vermouth. Host was responsive and proactive. Buenísimo!

The apartment was great for our stay. In a good location that allowed us to walk to everything. Very clean and well outfitted for all our needs. Barcelona w/o crowds
The apt is in a good location away form the busy tourist areas of Barcelona. The second bedroom is very small but would be fine for a third person. We used it as a "walk-in"closet though there was plenty of closet and storage space although not too many drawers except next to the bed.
The outside balcony is adequate for morning coffee but doesn't provide more than just a couple of chairs. We were 20 minute walk from the Mediterranean! Lots of asian food in the area which we love! We went to Da Zhong which was recommended by the Biz Flats proprietor and the food was great but no English was spoken at the restaurant and no way to translate as most of the menu was in Chinese. We'd go again as we just ordered a few items to try and it was delicious. Also, our Spanish isn't much to speak of so no fault but ours!
The unit was very clean and well appointed. Full kitchen with the basics...coffee maker and utensils, knives , plates, glasses, mugs etc. all were useful! The address of the unit was a little hard to find w/i the listing itself as they manage several properties in Barcelona. However, we were given the exact address by Lena, the assistant, and she was very helpful, flexible and a pleasure to work with at check in. We did have the address prior to check in so I knew where we were staying before we left home. We were just confused upon arrival at BCN but it was immediately cleared up!
The only issue was the smell of cigarette smoke in the vestibule outside the unit itself. Neighbor must be a heavy smoker. It didn't impact in the apt itself but it was quite noticeable just outside the front door and required a quick entrance/exit to the apt. No fault of the apt or the managers...just worth noting.
Also, the kitchen overhead light was flickering so we just left it on for a few minutes and it stopped. We didn't ask to repair it since we were only there 3 nights.
First floor easy walk up and the elevator was handy for luggage on travel days.Check out was easy - just had to take the garbage and recyclables to a nearby "trash/recycling collection point". Reasonable enough as this is common in the cities we visited.
The booklet in the unit had helpful hints and also directions for the appliances, etc.
We would stay again!

Fabulous Place to Stay
I was a bit hesitant when I found out this was a managed business apartment, having found the listing for it on Vrbo. But to my delight it ended up being a fabulous place to stay, but a great and welcoming host.
The apartment was much more spacious than we had come to think based on the photos. The kitchen was well equip and easy to use. The house manual made everything very simple to understand and our host was very responsive to any inquiry we had.
The location was also quite wonderful. We greatly enjoyed the terrace, and the fact that the street we were on was not open to traffic. Nicely located close to the heart of Barcelona.

Clean, comfortable and on a pedestrian street. Slightly off from the touristy areas but a very easy 5-10 minute walk to the Arc de Triompf. Easy to get a taxi to/from. Check in was very quick and easy, and the guide book was very informative.
